Pricing & Plans
It is our goal to provide you with the most convenient worry and hassle free service possible. For this reason we accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card if you so choose to use this type of payment option. We bill your credit card the day after work is performed for all services except the Basic Monthly Service Plans and the All Inclusive Annual Service Plans in which case we bill on the last day of each month. Anytime a credit card is ran we send you a receipt via email. There are fees that are involved with this payment option and will be applied at the time of the transaction.
We also offer PayPal for our clients as well. This will allow you to use your PayPal account to pay for your services provided by Southern Tree & Landscaping. There are fees associated with this service and will be applied to your transaction.

We also accept Cash, Check, or Money Order as acceptable payment options.
Pricing is determined by the size of your lawn, how often you request service to be done and the type of services you request.
One Time Basic Service:
Our one time service starts out at $24.00 for a lot 3k sq ft or smaller. This plan includes mowing, line trimming, edging & power blowing of all concrete areas, patios and entrances. Any additional services will be priced separately as to the nature of the service. Depending on the shape of the yard additional fees can be added for clean up. Pricing and services will be agreed upon before the work begins and payment will be required at the completion of the job.
Basic Bi-Weely Services:
While we offer bi-weekly service throughout the summer months we do not recommend it because 2 weeks of growth helps the spread of weeds and can cause grass clippings to clump together after mowing. This service is $5.00 more per mow than the basic weekly service. It includes mowing, line trimming, edging, & power blowing of all concrete areas, decks and entrances.
Basic Monthly Services:
Our Basic monthly service starts at $24.00 per week for a lot 3k sq ft or smaller. This plan includes weekly mowing, line trimming, edging & power blowing of all concrete areas, decks and entrances. We mow every week March- October. During the months of November - February, we service every two weeks. This service plan requires a written agreement. You can stop or change service at any time provided you submit a 30 day written notice.
All-Inclusive Annual Services:
Our All-Inclusive service is a 12-month service. Prices start at $169.00 per month for a lot 3k sq ft or smaller and go up from there based on the size of your lot and how extensive your landscaping is. Below is a standard schedule for the All-Inclusive. Services include a minimum of four services per month during the months of March- October and every other week during the months of November- February. This service plan requires a written agreement. You can stop or change service at any time provided you submit a 30 day written notice.
Following chart is for Fescue turf only. Warm weather turf will have a different schedule on some services listed below.
